Stray Animals of Turkey
Unfortunately, there are too many stray animals living on the streets in Turkey. Although there are animal lovers who regularly feed and care for them, it is not possible to reach them all with individual efforts. But that is no reason to give up. Our aim is to reach more animals with the resources and opportunities we have, and to help the street animals, whose numbers are increasing every day, with the idea of sterilising, vaccinating and keeping them alive.
The huge devaluation of the Turkish lira against the dollar and the very high inflation rates in our country have had an impact on the cost of animal feed and veterinary care, as in every sector.
As a result, those of us who are trying to feed and care for the many animals that live on the streets every month, have been put in a very difficult situation. So we have found ourselves looking for new ways to fund our increasing costs on a daily basis.
This is one of the main reasons why the Kittelfdora project was born. Part of the income from this project will be used to help and feed these animals, and the remaining amount will be used to finance the project and to ensure the continuity of the project.
